Parking
PARKING BY OWNERS AND OTHER OCCUPANTS IS PROHIBITED UPON ANY SUBDIVISION STREETS, GUEST PARKING WITHIN THE
SUBDIVISION MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE, AND AVAILABLE PARKING FOR ANY VEHICLE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED (SEE SECTIONS 5.03 & 6.01.2),
Pets
No more than 2 permitted pets are allowed for each home unless authorized in writing by the ACC. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the owner’s residence or when not maintained in an enclosed yard from which the permitted pet cannot escape. Owners must always pickup and properly dispose of pet waste.
Assessment
After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment annually.
The 2012 assessment is $1,547/annually.

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be granted prior to any exterior modification to your home. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.

Trash Collection Days
Trash collection has been established with Royal Disposal Service. The scheduled pick up days will be Mondays. Please place all trash in plastic trash bags and place outside your garage door no sooner than 8 hours prior to scheduled collection day. Plastic trash bags are required even if you use a trash can to place out your trash. Remember, trash cans must be removed from view by midnight of the pickup day.
Landscaping Days
Common areas and front patios are maintained by the Association. The general maintenance service day for your community is Tuesday.
