Mailbox Keys
You must obtain a mailbox keys from the United States Postal Service at your local post office.
Parking
No vehicle may be parked in a manner which obstructs the sidewalk, driveway or street access usage for other residents. Occupant vehicles must be parked in the garage and/or driveway of the applicable lot before any other occupant vehicle is parked in the street. Inoperable vehicles must be stored out of public view or removed from the community. See document attached for rules and regulations of commerical vehicles.
Pets
No more than two (2) Permitted Pets are allowed for each home unless otherwise approved by the Board. All Permitted Pets must remain on a leash or carried when outside the owner's residence. Owners must always pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
Assessment
After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment annually.
The 2012 assessment is $145/annually.

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be received prior to the commencement of any modifications to the exterior of your home. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.
Regulatory Documents
The Regulatory Documents will provide you with information on how the Association operates, including rules & regulations. Homes being leased must provide the Association with tenant information within 30 days of move in.
Trash Collection Days
Trash collection has been established with The City of Houston. The scheduled pick up day is Thursday. Please place all trash in plastic trash bags and place outside your garage door no sooner than 8 hours prior to scheduled collection day. Remember, trash cans must be removed from villas by midnight of the pickup day. If you need a COH trash can please call 311.
Landscaping Days
Common areas are maintained by the HOA. Maintenance of lawns, mowing, edging, weeding and watering, are the responsibility of each homeowner.
