Mailbox Keys
You must obtain mailbox keys from the United States Postal Services at your local post office.
Gate Codes/Remotes
Remotes are to open access gates to the community. Each new remote can be purchased from KPM at $45.
Please contact KPM if you would like to have your name added to the front gate Directory. This allows guests to be granted access via your telephone.
Parking
PARKING BY OWNERS AND OTHER OCCUPANTS IS PROHIBITED UPON ANY SUBDIVISION STREETS,GUEST PARKING WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE, AND AVAILABLE PARKING FOR ANY VEHICLES IS EXTREMELY LIMITED (SEE SECTIONS 5.03 & 6.01.2). Please see the parking policy attachment for information on the Buffalo Park parking rules.
Pets
No more than two (2) Permitted Pets are allowed for each home unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors. The following are excluded as Permitted Pets and shall not be allowed within the Subdivision; 1. any dog whose breed is known for its viciousness or ill temper, in particular, the American Staffordshire Terrier, known as a "Pit Bull Terrier", and 2. any animal of any kind that has venom or poisonous or capture mechanisms, or if let loose would constitute vermin. All Permitted Pets must remain on a leash or carried when outside the owner's residence. Owners must pick up and dispose properly of pet waste at all times.
Assessment
After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment annually.
The 2012 assessment is $2,576/annually, billed bi-annually at $1288.
ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be received prior to the commencement of any modifications to the exterior of your home. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.
Regulatory Documents
The Regulatory Documents will provide you with information on how the Association operates, including rules & regulations. Homes being leased must provide the Association with tenant information within 30 days of move in.
Trash Collection Days
Trash collection has been established with Royal Disposal. The scheduled pick up days will be Mondays and Thursdays. Please place all trash in plastic trash bags and place outside your garage door no sooner than 8 hours prior to a scheduled collection day. Plastic trash bags are required even if you use a trash can to place out your trash. Remember, trash cans must be removed from view by midnight of the pickup day.
