Parking

Guest parking is limited in your community. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the confines of your garage or in appropriate parking along the public street.

Pets

Not more than two permitted pets are allowed per lot unless authorized in writing by the ACC or applicable Rules and Regulations. The following are excluded as Permitted Pets and shall ot be allowed within any residence, upon any Lot or at any other place withhin the Subdivision: (i) any dog whose breed is known for its viciousness or ill temper, in particular the American Staffordshire Terrier, known as a "Pit Bull Terrier", and any dog which in fact exhibits viciousness or ill temper and (ii) any animal of any kind that has venom or poisonous or capture mechanisms, or if let loose would constitute vermin. All Permitted Pets must be kept on a leash or carried and must otherwise be maintained under the control of their owner when outside the owner's residence or when not maintained in an enclosed yard.
Please immediately remove and dispose of, in a sanitary manner, all pet waste.

Assessment

After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment annually.
The 2012 assessment on 23rd Street is $2,150/ annually - ($1,650 Maintenance Fee/ $500 Water Assessment)
The 2012 assessment on 24rd Street is $1,650/ annually, these homeowners pay their own water

ACC Requirements

Once you are settled in your new home, we know that with time you may want to make certain improvements to your home and property. In order to protect the investment of all the homeowners, and to keep the Highlands development a pleasant neighborhood in which to live, we would like to bring to your attention the fact that any changes made to the exterior of your property must be approved by the Highlands Architectural Control Committee.

Trash Collection Days

Trash collection has been established with Royal Disposal. The scheduled pick up days will be Tuesday's and Friday's. Please place all trash in plastic trash bags and place outside your garage door. Plastic trash bags are required even if you use a trash can to place out your trash. Remember, trash cans must be removeed from view by midnight of the pickup day.
