Mailbox Keys
You must obtain mailbox keys from the United States Postal Services at your local post office.
Gate Codes/Remotes
Please contact King Property Management to request a gate code and to purchase a remote.
Parking
There is limited guest /resident parking in your community and is primarily designated for guests. All occupant vehicles must be parked within the resident garage at which the operator resides before parking in the overflow parking areas. There is available overflow parking on the street located on the east end of the community. Vehicles parking on the street may not obstruct the driveway of another resident or street access or usage.
Pets
No more than 2 permitted pets are allowed for each home. Any dog whose breed is known for or exhibits viciousness or ill temper, in particular the American Staffordshire Terrier, known as a "Pit Bull Terrier", is not permitted within the community. All pets must be kept on a leash or otherwise maintained under the control of the owner when outside the owners residence or in an enclosed yard. All pet waste must be immediately removed & disposed of in a sanitary manner.
Assessment
After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment annually.
The 2012 assessment is $1,195/annually, billed bi-annually at $597.50.

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be received prior to the commencement of any modifications to the exterior of your home including any landscaping changes. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.
Regulatory Documents
The Regulatory Documents will provide you with detailed information on how the Association operates, including rules & regulations. Please see the attached documents that govern your community.
Trash Collection Days
Trash is collected at your community on Mondays & Thursdays by Royal Disposal.
Trash receptacles can only be placed at the pick-up site the evening before collection. Trash containers must be removed from public view no later than midnight of the collection day.
Landscaping Days
Common areas including the front & back yards of the homes are maintained by the Home Owners Association.
The general maintenance service day for your community is Wednesday of each week by Citywide Property Maintenance.
