Mailbox Keys
You must obtain mailbox keys from the United States Postal Service at your local post office.
Parking
No vehicle may be parked in a manner which obstructs the sidewalk, driveway or street access usage for other residents. Occupant vehicles must be parked in the garage and/or driveway of the applicable lot before any other occupant vehicle is parked in the street. Inoperable vehicles must be stored out of public view or removed from the community.
Pets
No more than three (3) Permitted Pets are allowed for each home unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors. All Permitted Pets must remain on a leash or carried when outside the owner's residence. Owners must always pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
Assessment
After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment annually.

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be received prior to the commencement of any modifications to the exterior of your home. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.
Regulatory Documents
The Regulatory Documents will provide you with information on the opeartion of the Association. Including but not limited to:
- Use Restrictions
- Establishment and payment of Assessments
Homes being leased must provide the Association with tenant information within 30 days of move in.
Trash Collection Days
Monday - City of Houston. Trash receptacles must be stored out of public view on non-collection days. Heavy Trash collection is the third Wednesday of each month. See Heavy Trash Schedule attached.
Landscaping Days
Thursday - Lawn Handler's LLC. Common areas are maintained by the HOA. Maintenance of lawns, mowing, edging, weeding and watering, are the responsibility of each homeowner. Lawns will be force mowed by the Association if not maintained - this cost will be billed back to the homeowner.
