Mailbox Keys
You must obtain mailbox keys from the United States Postal Service at your local post office.
Gate Codes/Remotes
A private code may be programmed into your driveway's gate. Residents should submit a code request form to obtain a code for their home.
A remote control is needed for the driveway gate. Remotes are available for purchase from King Property Management. Remotes will be released once the appropriate form and payment are received.

Parking
There is no guest parking within your community. All guest and occupant vehicles must be parked within resident garages or in appropriately designated street parking spaces.
Pets
No more than 2 permitted pets are allowed for each home. Pets must be leashed at all times when walking around the community. Owners must always pickup and properly dispose of pet waste.
Assessment
After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment annually.
The 2012 assessment is $1,782/annually, billed bi-annually at $891.

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be received prior to the commencement of any modifications to the exterior of your home. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.
Regulatory Documents
The Regulatory Documents will provide you with information on how the Association operates, including rules & regulations.
Trash Collection Days
Trash is collected at your community on Tuesdays & Fridays.
Trash receptacles can only be placed at the pick-up site the evening before collection. Trash containers must be removed from public view no later than midnight of the collection day.
Landscaping Days
Common areas are maintained by the HOA
The general maintenance service day for your community is Thursday.
