Mailbox Keys
You must obtain mailbox keys from the United States Postal Service at your local post office.
Parking
There is no guest parking within your community. All guest and occupant vehicles must be parked within resident garages or in appropriately designated street parking spaces.
Pets
No more than 2 small domestic animals are permitted per home, such as birds, fish, dogs, and cats. Household dogs shall not exceed fifty pounds each. All pets must be kept on a leash or otherwise maintained under the control of their owner when outside the owners residence or not in an enclosed yard. All pet waste must be immediately removed and disposed of in a sanitary manner.
Assessment
There shall be monthly assessments of each owner for payments to the Common Expense Fund. Both Regular Assessments and Special Assessments shall be computed on the basis of the individual owner's percentage of Common Interest Ownership.

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be received prior to the commencement of any modifications to the exterior of your home. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.
