We have provided pertinent information on our portfolio of communities. Please click on the 1st letter of your Community Association. A list of all Communities/Associations beginning with that letter will drop down. Once you find your development, click on this tab and information for your community will be displayed. Mailbox Keys
You must obtain mailbox keys from the United States Postal Services at your local post office.
Gate Codes/Remotes
A personal access code may be programmed to the gate for each resident (form attached). Additional remotes can be purchased from KPM.
Pool Keys/Card Access
Pool keys & tags can be purchased from KPM. You must submit the attached forms and payment of $5/key and $4/tag per member of the household that is over the age of 1. Guests are limited to two (2) per household.
Parking
Parking of occupant vehicles is limited to the garage in which the Owner resides or the private driveway if it accomodates the entire vehicle with no part of the vehicle extending into the street. Street parking of Occupant Vehicles is prohibited. Street Parking is allowed only for deliveries and short term guests. Guest parking is limited and is reserved for visitor use only. Refer to Section 8.12 of the restrictions for more on parking.
Pets
No more than two (2) Permitted Pets are allowed for each home. Owners must pick up and dispose properly of pet waste at all times. Animals may not make objectionable noises or otherwise constitute an unreasonable nuisance to other Owners.
Assessment
The 2012 assessment is $197/month. This is inclusive of a $47/month water assessment. Assessments are due by the 1st of each month and are delinquent after the 10th. Delinquent assessments may incur interest and/or collection fees. You may pay your monthly assessments online by clicking the link below:

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be granted prior to any exterior modification to your home. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.

Trash Collection Days
Tuesday & Friday - W.C.A. Waste Services
Trash receptacles should not be placed out for pickup earlier than eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled pickup day, and receptacles should be removed from public view no later than midnight of the pickup day.
