Mailbox Keys
You must obtain mailbox keys from the United States Postal Service at your local post office.
Parking
Resident vehicles must be parked completely within the garage of their home or outside of the community. Residents are prohibited from parking in visitor parking. A visitor is defined as a guest who parks in this area less than 3 times in one week and less than 5 times in one month. If a guest is parking in this area greater than the amount of days stated above, they are considered an occupant and must park in the garage of the resident's home, or outside of the community. Refer to Section 7.03 of the restrictions for entire parking provision.
Pets
Not more than two (2) permitted pets are allowed per lot. Any dog whose breed is known for its viciousness or ill temper, in particular, the American Staffordshire terrier, known as a "Pit Bull Terrier" is prohibited within the community.
Assessment
After consideration of the current maintenance and operating cost along with the future needs of the Association, the Board will fix the general assessment quarterly.
The 2012 assessment is $1,951/year. The assessments will be billed quarterly with $487.75 due on Jan 1st, Apr 1st, Jul 1st and Oct 1st.

ACC Requirements
Approval from the Architectural Control Committee must be received prior to the commencement of any modifications to the exterior of your home, including landscaping changes. Please submit a Home Improvement Request form to King Property Management for your proposed modification to be reviewed.
Regulatory Documents
The Regulatory Documents will provide you with information on how the Association operates, including rules & regulations. Homes being leased must provide the Association with tenant information within 30 days of move in.
Trash Collection Days
Tuesday & Friday - V.F. Waste
Trash receptacles can only be placed at the pick up site the evening before collection. Trash cans must be removed from view no later than midnight of the pick up day.
