Property Management Services
The following is a list of Property Management Services offered for each property. The scope of services will be customized to meet the needs of each individual association.
- Maintain records for the association, homeowner files, contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes, financial records, regulatory documents, etc.
- Schedule and attend all Board meetings; prepare meeting packages for the meeting to include agenda, minutes from previous meeting, financial statements, deed restriction report and other items pertaining to the business of each particular association.
- Schedule and attend the annual meeting of members. Prepare and distribute required notices as outlined in the bylaws or restrictions for the Association.
- Ensure that the proper insurance policies are in place to protect the Association and it’s members.
- Serve as a liason with attorneys, contractors, CPA’s, vendors and government agencies.
- Keep abreast of all new legislation affecting homeowners’ associations.
- Communicate with homeowners on all requests, including but not limited to, collections, deed restriction violations, architectural review requests and assistance in understanding their association documents.
- Assist homeowners with any question or problem that arises in association matters beyond the scope of typical property management duties.
- Property Management teams – each property manager has an assistant as well as an accounting representative dedicated to each property.
