Eddie Parise, our owner and President, acquired the company in 2017. His real estate journey began in high school, renovating homes and becoming a realtor while in college. After graduating from the University of West Florida, Eddie moved to Houston, Texas, where he gained over 30 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors, serving as a Senior or Executive Officer at three prominent Houston banks. Since 1990, he has actively served on HOA Boards, managing various residential and commercial communities.

 

Eddie's greatest pride is his family. A father of two Eagle Scouts, Boy Scouts leader, MENSA member, and church usher, he values family above all. His wife, Lilia Figueroa, HR and VP of Operations, oversees operations and together they have built a supportive workplace. Their sons, Marshall and Christopher, occasionally help at the office, while their beloved mascot, King, brings joy to all.

 

King, our six-year-old English Labrador, is a cherished part of our team. Known for his playful and gentle nature, King loves retrieving, playing, and swimming. Recently voted Mr. Congeniality by the neighbors, he can't resist playing ball with local kids. Though he doesn't contribute to office work, King enjoys posing for pictures and spreading happiness.
